In our latest special edition of the Meet the Muse series we catch up with Fool’s Gold Records signee, Leaf. A native of Brooklyn, the singer, rapper and producer was discovered when the label’s founder, celebrated DJ and fellow producer A-Trak, heard her work through his brother, another musician and one-half of the musical duo Chromeo.

Since then, she’s dropped the track and visuals for Magnet Bitch, and launched a supporting lifestyle brand called MBM (Magnet Bitch Movement). Most recently, she also released a new single titled Ride.

We asked Leaf 10 questions in order to get to know her a little more and see what’s on her music agenda. See what she had to say below and check out the previous Meet the Muse installment with Erika Bowes.
